RB Leipzig troll Liverpool
Liverpool fans have been alerted to a tweet on RB Leipzig’s official English Twitter account on Thursday morning.
The January transfer window is obvious now over, and RB Leipzig seem to be celebrating that by making fun of Liverpool.
As everyone knows, Liverpool tried and failed to bring Naby Keita to Anfield this winter.
That’s after Liverpool sold Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona for 142 million pounds.
But RB Leipzig batted away Liverpool’s approaches, and Keita will now only move to the Reds at the end of the season.
With that as the background, the following tweet has set off Liverpool fans.

Liverpool vs Tottenham
After successive defeats to Swansea and West Brom, Liverpool returned to winning ways on Tuesday.
The Reds won 3-0 away at Huddersfield in the Premier League.
Goals from Emre Can, Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah earned Jurgen Klopp’s side maximum points.
Liverpool are now third in the table, above Chelsea on goal difference. While Tottenham, who they face on Sunday at Anfield, are just two points behind.
Spurs warmed up for the Liverpool game with a 2-0 win over Man United.
Jose Mourinho’s side didn’t touch the ball as Tottenham raced into a 1-0 lead at Wembley.
Tottenham attacked directly from kick-off.
A long ball was pumped upfield towards Harry Kane. Kane headed a flick-on to Dele Alli. Alli applied a backheel to Christian Eriksen, and the Dane scored past David De Gea.
Man United shot themselves in the foot as Tottenham doubled their lead. A cross from right-back Kieran Trippier was guided into his own net by Phil Jones.
When Liverpool traveled to Wembley earlier in the season, Spurs ran out 4-1 victors.
Spurs have a terrible record at Anfield. They’ve not won on Merseyside since 2011.
